ni a tiros [expression] – no way; in any shape or form; (to refuse) point blank

My eldest son is going with me to a family yoga class today. My other son (and my husband, huelga decir) refused to sign up. No querían ni a tiros. (There was no way they were going/They refused point blank). Oh well, you can’t have it all.
